About Web Visits
Dr. Grover offers web visits (aka Virtual or E-visit) for existing patients with non-urgent medical conditions. If your visit is assessed as a more urgent situation, you may be asked to see me in person. RelayHealth, a web-based portal is HIPPA(privacy protected) and the industry standard for online visits. The cost for a online visit is only 50 dollars, and some insurance plans may cover it. Check on the site or speak with them if you have questions regarding insurance coverage. You may also email me securely through RelayHealth. Email should only be used for a short quick question, anything longer should go through a web visit. Regular email is discouraged since it lacks encryption and high levels of privacy. Dr. Grover has always encouraged electronic communication with his patients and published "Computer-Using patients want internet services from Family Physicians." You may also email me through Relay Health since it is HIPPA complaint and will protect your privacy unlike regular email. Just click on Relay Health to access this too. Email's should be used for a quick follow-up question, and should not be used for extended medical advise.
Skype Video Visits
Consultation by skype video service is also available! You will need to go to skype.com and set up an account, then search for me: revolutionarymd. Please book an appt time thru appointmentquest or email me through skype with some times that may work for you. Cost will be $50 for each 15 minute block of time during consultation. You can of course just call us and let us know when you'd like a skype visit. These can be great for issues such as dietary, exercise counseling, follow-up on depression, and other non-urgent issues that do not need an exam. It may also be used for Swine flu evaluation unless you have shortness of breath or high fevers.
