Anti-Aging Consultations, Bio-Identical Hormones
Dr. Grover has been applying the principles of anti-aging medicine since entering practice in 1996. He is a Diplomate in the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging) and is also Board certified in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. (ABAARM). He is experienced in assessing the multidisciplinary aspects of anti-aging, including hormonal deficiencies, nutritional imbalances, inflammatory conditions, and lifestyle that may contribute to accelertated aging. Many ant-aging physicians are past emergency room physicians who lack the preventative medicine and integrative medicine training that Dr. Grover received in his family medicine and holistic medicine training. He is experienced in the use of bioidentical hormones for women and men, and enjoys fine tuning hypothyroidism to an optimal range. Anti-Aging consultations and Bioidentical Hormone consultations are not covered by insurance, but are offered at a very reasonable rate of $280 for the initial 60 min evaluation. If you are found to be hormonally imbalanced and desire to begin a hormone restoration, you will need to join our Advanced Wellness Program. This is due to the higher level of oversight and expertise needed to monitor your hormonal therapy. Signing up for our Advanced Wellness Program up front is the best approach and value (1500/yr) since it includes the initial evaluation, quarterly follow-up visits, and offers discounts on other services. Most hormonal testing can be performed and billed out to insurance, or done for a reasonable rate through Quest, Labcorp, Genova or Spectracell. Anti-aging labs can also be performed through the more affordable Life Extension lab when you don't have a plan, or one that doesn't give much coverage for advanced hormonal testing. Feel free to compare us to Cenegenics, Body Logic and other franchise style, "cook-book" anti-aging clinics. Their prices will easily be 10x ours when you factor in fees for requiring you to use their company supplements, hormones and labs. We give you the freedom to choose your own pharmacy, supplements and lab, and to use your insurance with them if you desire.
